My husband and I started in this business 6 1/2 years ago.
We have owned different brands of powered parachutes. Since
we have become a member of the Powrachute family we will
never do business with another manufacturer. They always go
out of their way to ensure we are taken care of. Let me just
state that is a big compliment coming from me as I am a very
high maintenance person and a true believer in customer
satisfaction. They have all gone far above and beyond any
other powered parachute manufacturer's I have come into
contact with. I feel I can call every person on their staff
a friend, and they would give me the parts off their unit
before they would let me leave unhappy, if it came down to
that. I will continue to buy and sell only Powrachute. They
are a true family organization, I can call at any time
whether it is during business hours or not and be treated
with the same professional courtesy. Nothing is an
inconvenience to them and I feel that my happiness is truly
important to them. I am very happy with Powrachute and am a
loyal owner and dealer. There machine is the best on the
market. It withstands the demands that are required to
finish first in major competitions. I would not trust
another manufacturers machine to perform the tasks I require
of my Powrachute 2000 and Pegasus. They are truly the best
the powered parachute community has to offer.
