I would like to start with this about Powrachute, this company is like no other company they will do what ever it takes within reason to take care of there customers. I have not ever had the kind of service from anyone like I have with the Powrachute Company. I have a PC2000 and when I bought it, I had to get some updates done to it. This was something that was not the Powrachutes job to get done but they were more than happy to get me all the new updates. I also had a problem with my EIS system after about 50 hours. I called Powrachute and told them that I needed help and they sent me a loaner EIS until mine could be repaired. The whole staff at Powrachute is ready and willing to help in anyway possible these people are number one, the best and I am proud of the Products they make because I know they are the number one PPC's on the market.
